Not that I am an expert on the male anatomy, but a male friend of mine once explained that the clear liquid that comes out is "pre-cum." The only serious problem I have with porn (besides the whole possible addiction issue and the fact that the industry has often been allowed to fuction dangerously) is that it gives young men and women very unrealistic ideas of what sex is 'supposed' to be like.
