The Pic above...
How can I do my eyeliner like that girl has...
I mean I'm not a stupid 10 year old asking how to USE eyeliner..
I've just been trying but can't achieve those eyes :(
So generally...just how to do that :)
Thanks.

it's not hard at all. :]
first you put eyeliner on the top of your bottom lid and then a thin line underneath your bottom lash line.
and then you do the same thing to the top.
when you're finished with both eyes, just smudge the eyeliner on the top lid up and the eyeliner on the bottom down with your finger.
you might need to put on more eyeliner afterward,
it depends on what you like.
and the reason i tell you to smude after is so you don't have the eyeliner on your fingers and you won't get it on your face. [ BrenaBopps's advice column | Ask BrenaBopps A Question ]

Take a shadow liner brush and dust it in some black or charcole eyeshadow. Run the brush just above the eyeliner on your top lid, do the same on the bottom. Swipe a lighter shade on your entire eye lid and blend togther.

Good Luck. [ MzJENNiFER's advice column | Ask MzJENNiFER A Question ]
