In track and field when you use cleats can you use them for long jump? I mean like the sand doesn't bother them ?

sand does not do anything to affect the cleats
they for the most part work well although not very amasing on sand cause its loose and stuff
but it works on some sand, depends

no sand wont do anything to cleats. i use them for cross country and my friends use them for track and field. they can make you not slide on sand...depends on the sand. but it really shouldnt affect anything.
