The tall carmel coffee light frappucino ([Link](Mouse over link to see full location)) Doesn't seem so bad bc its only 130 cals, but if you add alot of cream/sugar/other stuff then your adding fat and calories most likely.
These seem to me like good options. Anything "light, fat free, low cal" sounds good. Also, put skim milk/soy milk to keep it extra healthy. Looking at the juice blends, if you got a tall, they seem okay, they have alot of vitimans which is good. Tea also is probabluy good, Im not sure about the tea lattes though. Hope this helped!
