Could anyone find me some of the kind of clothes featured in that spread (from any of the sets, not just that one) but for cheaper? I so can't afford $250 sweaters. Thanks. : )
I would try Wet Seal, Charlotte Rusee, and Forever 21.
Also, Target has a new line coming out (the name escapes me) but it had some stuff like that, so check it out =]
freshcutroses answered Saturday January 5 2008, 11:28 pm: first of all, i totally loved this spread also. the models and clothes were so beautiful. but yeah, look at used-clothing stores. theres not really a "vintage" store in my town, so i go to this used clothing store that is selective about what it takes. it has alot of out-of-style, old people clothes, but i can find awesome basics, like sweaters, like you mentioned, at a good price, and they are somtimes really good quality like wool and cashmere and stuff. That dress (though still quite expensive) seems like it would fit in nicely with that spread. Urban Outfitters has a lot of great jackets, and the longer jackets (which were seen a lot in that spread)are now on sale. Also, I would recommend stopping by your local vintage store. Though they'll tend to have some pretty zany (but neat!) stuff on display, if you look closely, you'll usually find a gem!
