high froctuse corn syrup.

Question Posted Saturday January 5 2008, 12:38 pm

hey, i've been trying to eat healthy and such lately, and i've read that eating foods without high froctuse corn syrup is better for you. problem is, pretty much every food i eat has it in it.

can you give me a list of foods that don't have any in it?

thanks!

All foods in their natural state will be fine like fruits and veggies. You can bake them, stew them, roast them, and boil them and they'll still be good to eat. Foods high in sugar and syrup in general are sweets like candies and chocolates and junk food like ice cream and such. Just stick to natural foods prepared in a healthy style and you'll be fine =)

Good luck!
