I was washing my face with soap that my sister used on her foot that has a plantar wart. I didn't know at the time, until she told me later. Can I get a wart on my face?
MAK answered Friday January 4 2008, 2:46 pm: The wart is caused by the Papilloma virus, and it spreads by infecting cuts. So in other words, it needs to penetrate the skin in order to become a wart, otherwise nothing happens. I didn't find any information whether they can form on the face, it is only found on the foot. Also, the older you are, the more likely you are immune to the virus. So unless you had cuts on your face, and even if you did, I wouldn't worry about it.
