hi im 15 years old im 5'6 what do you think is the average weight? im like 160.. i want to loose like 20 pounds before i go to florida in march. thinkg its possible.

According to that, you are over weight. But thats just body mass index, so it depends on your body fatness. You might be all muscle? It's possible to loose 20 lbs if you really try, eat healthy, and get physical activity. If you cut out 500 calories from what you eat, then you'll loose a pound a week.. or Ive heard/read that. You should be able to do it. Try running or bike riding, its a great way to burn calories! Hope this helped
