How can I get more circulation in my toes? Actually it's my small toe on the my right foot. Sometimes I feel like it's not there and I'll have to touch it to know it's still attached. My other foot is okay. Two toes on my right foot popped out of joint a year go [by cramping/going on my tip toes]... It was put back in place of course. My toe has been feeling weird ever since. I don't wear shoes with laces and I wear the right size for flats and such. I'm sure I'm walking okay.. I used to get cramps a lot in my feet by going on my tip toes or streching. Sometimes my toe or that right of the foot.. feels like it's on the verge of a cramp. Would magnesium pills fix this problem? i can't go to the doctor for some time so if anyone knows anything.. it would be helpful. thanks!
I am no expert on the matter but of course try to rest it and dont push it. Once you are able to do so, go to a physiotherapist.Obviously it was something you were supposed to do after it poped out.
You know people who broke a leg or something have to do special exercises after it, and probably you should do those.
I guess magnisium can cause no harm, also try drinking a lot of milk and stuff like that yogurt etc.
