sorry to bother you again

Ok, so I have the movie [Independence Day], and it's converted and everything. The format of the movie is MPEG-4. I have MediaCoder downloaded, so what exactly do I do to have it converted for my ipod? Is there a site that gives me specific directions. I already tried converting it but I got error message 8.
