double chin

whenever i put my head down or shift even a little, i could see another layer of skin, the double chin. Is there anyway to the double chin? I don't even know how I got that in the first place.

well, your neck has extra skin to begin with, just to be able to stretch, so when you are not stretching it by looking say for instance straight ahead of you with your head up, and now you are looking down everyone has a double chin.
i hope that made sence...
so pretty much i am trying to say that everyone has a double chin when they put their head in the possition you do...
but if you want to get rid of a double chin,
