(this might be in the wrong category but i couldn't really find one where it fit.)
Ok, so my neighbor i think is a smoker and every morning at like 6:00 he's outside on his patio and he's like coughing and throwing up and hacking really loudly and it wakes me up. So, i want to be polite and do something so that he'll maybe go do that in a bathroom so it wont wake me up. What do i do, should i leave him a note or something of that nature? Any good ideas would be extremely helpful, thanks in advance.
what i would do, ( which might be a little coniving) would make him some chicken noodle soup, and take it to him. tell him that hear him coughing in the morning, and hope that the chicken soup will help him get better. either way, he might appologize for the noise, and change his coughing schedule to not bother you. either way, you let him know that you can hear him, that it bother's you, and that you are trying to be civil about the whole thing. and as a bonus, he will think that you are probably the best neighbor he has ever had.
