why was the commercial for the underwear friends (check it out on youtube) BANNED? whats wrong about it and did it EVERR air?

copy and pasted from the page where youtube video is located. some people said it aired, some people said that it didn't.

because little kids some times watch abc and you dont want little kids to see people in there underwear even if its just little dresses the little kids might ask there moms for them or somthing cause my little cousin found a bra in my suit case and she brought it down to her mom and said mommy will you buy me one of these haha so thats just what i think i dont acutaly know why sorry
