adding media to zune software

if i want to add a certain song/picture from a folder without using the automatic adding everything from that folder how do i do it? like in itunes how you can just add a file not a whole folder does the zune have that option?

ok...the software that you add files with go to that and then hit the sync button and then atfer you do that go to the file you want to add and just add that one file by dragging it over.

It'll filter out the pictures that you don't already have on. I made a specific folder for the pictures on my zune, I add more, than upload that file again and it'll just opload the 7 or so that I add and keep the rest unchanged. Same for music.
