I think it can because of the stress.
If you are having a period that has blackish stuff in it, then that is strange.
You may not like the doctor, but shying away from the doctor's office when you think you should go is never a good idea.
Your health is far more important than your dislike of doctors.
If I were you, I would go to be on the safe side.

Depression and stress can affect your periods. However, even though you hate doctors, you should always get a yearly exam after you start having your "monthlies". This will ensure that you do not have any problems. Some times, it could be something dangerous that needs to be checked out and the longer you wait, the worse it gets. I know that you can get HPV without ever having sexual activity. If not treated properly and in a timely manner, it could lead to cervical cancer. In my opinion, trudging through the doctor once a year, is better than going through cancer at any age, and I am assuming you are quite young since you have only had your period for this short of time. It would be horrible to have cancer at so young of an age, when you have a lot of life to live.

Do you have a female figure in your life that you can go to and ask for guidance and help? If you do not, then you can always call the Health Department in your area and get help and guidance. I wish you luck, and please, take care of yourself. There is only one of you, you are unique, take care of yourself so you can show the world how unique and special you will become as an adult ;).
