14/f
im constantly at the gym, over the past 2 days ive been there 4-5 hours, and all those hours have been taking kick boxing classes which are pretty intense
im in pretty good shape, i can run a mile in around 8 minutes, and do 53 sit ups per minute (average is 34)
my problem isnt that im overweight or fat, its just my stomach isnt exactly tiny, which is what i want it to be
if i eat anything (even healthy) it just expands and looks huge
ive tried not eating too, and it still stays big
i was thinking that instead of going to the gym if i just did a lot of cardio, like on the elliptical machine it would get better?
if anyone can help, thank you
and tips on how to get good looking abs would be appreciated too
Even though you've been in the gym for 4-5 hours [which is incredible], it's only been two days. You really need two weeks to see results.
Before you start building muscles [abs] you need to lose the weight [if you have any]! So first off I would do cardio like you said! Eliptical machines, tredmill, and stair stepper are easy weighs to burn calories.
After a week or so of eating healthy, 4-5, small portion meals you should see some result!
Soon you'll have to do crunches, push ups, and pull ups. This will build muscle which will show your abs! Just be aware that muscle weighs more than fat, so once you start gaining weight again don't worry, it's normal!
