A great resource for you to find word definitions is dictionary.com. They will give you any definition for a word as long as it is their database. I use it all the time to cheat while playing scrabble with hubby ;)!!!

no difference
a phenomenon is a fact, occurrence, or circumstance observed or observable; an event or occourance
and phenomena is the plural of that
so no diff in deff only that one is sing while the pther is plural
