Im having a Christmas party / New Years Party and there needs to be a theme.

Im having a Christmas party/New Years Party. On New years Night. But its still for Christmas and I have one every year and people get really into it. Like all the girls wear slutty santa outfits haha. Anyways, there needs to be a theme. Last year it was "All I want for CHristmas is You." This year, what could it be? I was thinking "Santa baby, (please hurry down the chimney tonight)," maybe.
Does anyone have any other ideaasss?!
