you'd have to practice going gradually longer and longer each day. i dont know what you are increasing your stamina FOR, but yeah just practice for longer and longer each day. since your time period is 5 months, it'd be a good idea to kinda practice at a faster pace. less gradual, but not by much. you dont want to over-work yourself. drink a lot of water whileyou practice,also. ]
