Maybe give some free advice about: Nutrition?

TheAnnie answered Thursday December 20 2007, 4:05 pm:
that just simply means that you have to eat following the food guide pyramid (do u know what i mean)
eat accordingly for example eat wheat bread rather than white
when hungry have an apple or carrot sticks
when eating lunch at school get a salad rather than pizza
and you can have sweets just once in a while
doing these simple things also improves your health!
