Ok there are 4 people involved. Me my cousin sherita my cousin jasaiah and my i dont know if she's my friend anymore mariah. Ok Mariah told me and Jasaiah, my cousin that sherita had sex with this boy and they we're rubbing chocolate on each other. Jasaiah told sherita's dad and sherita got in trouble. Then Sherita asked Me and Jasaiah who said she had sex. We told her mariah which was the truth. Sherita asked Mariah and Mariah said we we're lying and got mad at me for telling her. Mariah started telling everyone at school she's mad at me and now no ones talkin to me. Then there's this rumor going around that i had sex and some one told my mom now i have to get checked to prove that i didnt! I need help! I know it's confusing but please help.
Mariah shouldn't have told that Sherita had sex and all the details. BUT she told you and Jasaiah in confidence. Jasaiah shouldn't have told Sherita's dad- it wasn't her place to say anything.
To be quite honest, to avoid stirring up further trouble, you shouldn't have told her who said she had sex and ultimately got her into trouble at home.
Since that is the only way it seems you were involved, you should have kept quiet. If Jasaiah wanted to tell her it was Mariah, then you should have let her do it on her own and just stayed out of it.
Sounds like you 4 need to get together and try to make amends. You know, apologies all around.
You have learned a good lesson- sometimes things should just be kept quiet in order to avoid the snowball effect of drama.
