Itunes help

Question Posted Tuesday December 18 2007, 7:54 pm

My dad just got an ipod(used, but fairly new) as an eary xmas gift, and my mom got a brand new ipod nano. We got itunes, and everything was great, but you know that box that allows you to only sync checked songs? NEITHER of them have that option - the box is grayed out. So in other words, my mom will have to have every song my dad downloads, and my dad will have to have every song my mom downloads. Is there any way around this? They don't have separate computers to do their itunes on.

Every search I've done has been extremely unhelpful.

Is there any way to ungray that box maybe?

Simple!
Create two playlists.
One for your mom & one for your dad.
Then drag their songs from the main library into their own seperate playlist.
And on the ipod update, there is an option to "autofill from"... And select who evers playlist for their ipod and click autofill.

I hope that made sense...
Let me know if that helps

=)
