hopelessparadox answered Monday December 17 2007, 1:53 pm: eat well and always exercise! the same as summer! i go running outside even in the winter. its pretty cold but you'll be fine if you bundle up. or you can find an indoor track or a treadmill or something. idk if this is just a rumor, but the more you sweat, the more calories you burn. but also, your muscles are tighter in the winter so when you go out and its all cold and then you work out, you get a better work out on your muscles because they're a little tenser in the cold [ hopelessparadox's advice column | Ask hopelessparadox A Question ]
