keeping fit during the winter

How can I keep fit during the winter?

nothing special just keep in control of your diet and eat fruits and veggies
doin situps/cruntches and yoga can help as well

eat well and always exercise! the same as summer! i go running outside even in the winter. its pretty cold but you'll be fine if you bundle up. or you can find an indoor track or a treadmill or something. idk if this is just a rumor, but the more you sweat, the more calories you burn. but also, your muscles are tighter in the winter so when you go out and its all cold and then you work out, you get a better work out on your muscles because they're a little tenser in the cold
