i reveal some things i shouldn't have said to someone cause im affraid he might tell his girlfriend which i totally hate, what do you think its best to do to kind of make what i said sound less important so he will think like oh its something that doesn't even matter ?

If he brings it up, just tell him it was no big deal. But I wouldn't bring it up yourself, because;
1) He may have forgotten about it already.
2) Talking about it alot will give you the opposite effect and make it seem like it IS important. [ thelaura's advice column | Ask thelaura A Question ]
