Jump Man by Buckethead is the most motivating song I've ever heard.

"I can't never stop working hard. Each day I feel I have to move. Hard work. Determination. I've got to keep pushing myself."

*insert insane guitar for three minutes here*

"I've got to keep pushing myself."

*40 seconds of more insane guitar here*

I'm guessing your asking for fast--upbeat songs. If so these links might help you out;

"Eye of the Tiger" - Survivor
"Start Me Up" - Rolling Stones
"Gonna Make You Sweat" - C&C Music Factory
"I Want Candy" - Bow Wow Wow
"Don't Phunk With My Heart" - Black-eyed Peas
"Walk This Way" - Aerosmith
"Crazy In Love" - Beyonce
"So What'cha Want" - Beastie Boys
"We Will Rock You" - Queen
"Fighter" - Christina Aguilera
"Stronger" - Britney Spears
"Work That" - Mary J. Blige

Hope that helps!

I don't know what kind of music you listen to
but here are a few that I jog to:

Deeply Disturbed by Infected Mushroom
Suliman by Infected Mushroom (first 40 seconds can get annoying but the rest is good =])
Blood Is Pumpin' by Voodoo & Serano
Hold Your Colour by Pendulum (starts out slow but once it gets fast it's good)
Misery Business by Paramore
Toxic Shock by Pendulum
Day After Day by Milenium
Cadence Of Her Last Breath by Nightwish
Heavy by Collective Soul
Bye Bye Beautiful by Nightwish
Master Passion Greed by Nightwish
Kiss Me Deadly by Reel Big Fish

I know a shit load more but I'll stop now haha
hope some of that helps?
