start eating breakfast- it doesn't have to be big, but it's been proven that people who eat breakfast weigh less than people who don't. i normally just grab a granola bar- it starts your metabolism for the day.
try cutting out some of those soft drinks, or go for lower sugar/lower calorie soft drinks. you don't have to cut all of them out, but since you drink like 5 a day, surely you can cut some out. at lunch, maybe you should try to drink water or juice. you can even get little flavor packets to put in your water if you want. i know people who tried cutting out soft drinks for a month and they lost like 4 pounds just from that alone, so obviously soft drinks make up for a lot of excess sugar.
just as a general rule, doctor's offices and places of that sort always have weird scales- i'm always like 8 pounds more than i normally am when they weigh me. the best exercise for getting a flat stomach and firm thighs is running. walking helps too, but if you start jogging instead of walking every night (or even every other night), it will help so much and you will honestly have a lot more energy throughout the day. hope i helped :) [ uisforukelele's advice column | Ask uisforukelele A Question ]

You have to eat breakfast, because this is slowing down your metabolism. Drink less coke, until you eventually barely drink it. You also need to sleep more.
If you want a flat stomach and firm thighs, you are going to have to exercise. Since you already go walking, maybe you should try going jogging. Make sure you stretch before.
Good luck and just try to remain strong and you will get the results you want.
