toning... My winter break is in a month and a half (January 21st) and i was wondering if anybody had any ideas on how to get toned. Im not concerned about losing pounds, because i like my built but i just want to look more toned. (Especially my thighs and underarms. )

I want to do the same thing ur thinking of doing nd basically jus run and do simply wrokouts lky crunches and leg lifts. Also if you have comcast and u go onto on demand there are work outs and they are helpfull me and friends do them and there atually fun to do.

1st of all ; dont work out too much ; itll just hurt yu b4 anything & make yu sore .
just start running & stuff like that a lil more & more each day til yu feel confident running like a mile or two . just dont qo 2 crazy .
also doing suicide drills really helps alot .
.. another good thing is sit upz , but with yur legz out ; so yur in a laying down position . hope that helpedd . i know it suree did 4 me during basketball ! ]
