CaliDaniels answered Thursday December 6 2007, 6:55 pm: I feel like I can well answer this question. I am four months pregnant and all my friends have done a great job being there for me. They just tell me that they will help me in anyway that they can and that they can't wait to see my baby. Most importantly, none of them ever talked down to me... Like they never said "Your life in ruined, you're too young." or anything. Just be supportive.

There's nothing you can really "do" as such apart from let her know you'll stick around and support her. [ thelaura's advice column | Ask thelaura A Question ]

Ask her if there is anything you can do to help.
