Hi, yeah if you cant tan in sunlight you cant tan in a tanning bed.
Its worse for your skin anyway and you will be really red. Only use a tanning bed if you can tan.

Hi, well can you even tan?
Like some peoples skin cant even tan so then you would need a lotion. If you can tan though depending how big of city you live in.. prices can be really cheap. I would probably use a lotion though.. Try Jergens or the one tanning lotion from Bath and Body Works.. sorry i forgot what its called but.. yeahh hehe..
<3
hope i helped
