It's medication for ADD and ADHD containing amphetamine and, sadly, is now being widely abused. It makes your mood lift instantly, increased focus, increased heart rate and a feeling of adrenaline rush. It is also used for its narcotic effects. It has effects similar to those of cocaine, but I would think that it's better since Adderall treats ADD, and well, cocaine doesn't.

If you ask me it's bad news.
A friend of mine is addicted to it. Sure, she has lots of energy, but she also has huge, nasty sores all over her body.
She can't think like a normal person.
She is brain-fried.
And her DOCTOR gives it to her.
