gift card

Question Posted Sunday December 2 2007, 9:47 pm

so i went to this website to get my dad a christmas present and i used a gift card i had gotten for my birthday to buy it. well i did it 2 times all the way to the end, but whenever i checked my balance, all the money was still there. but after i did it the 3rd time it said my card was expired. can i make a purchase even if i didn't have enough money on my card to pay for it?

Do what LM said.

You can also check "My Account," or whatever the website has that means the same, and see if you have any orders listed there that are being processed.

Try and contact customer service. Your order may have gone through on the second try & used the balance. Otherwise you'll need to use a credit card or something similar.
