leg cramps ive been on my feet all day and they hurt. do i put hot or cold on them? like ice or hot water bottle?

Oooh, definitely heat. Heat relaxes muscles, whereas ice numbs pain from an injury. Ice on sore muscles will further the problem. ]
If they are burning because of pain- ice.
if they are just really sore, i would put on heat.
or you can do ice, then heat after that ]
