are there any kinds that are FDA approved? do they actually work? how do they feel? i dont want them to make my teeth feel gritty.

Crest white strips ARE approved by fda. They do actually work on most people, and theyre only about 30-40 dollars, depending on the kind you get (there's the classic 14-day 30 mins a day ones, the 5 mins a day one, etc.)
Your teeth will feel the exact same after the two weeks as they did before, they'll justbe whiter =]
howeverrrr, during the time when you use them, you could feel sensitivity on your teeth. it doesnt hurt much, adn itll go away after the 2 week period is over.

I use them, they are the best. =] I start seeing results in the first 2 times I use them, so they motivate you to keep using them. They are really great.
