computer making high pitched noises when volume increases HE

every time i increase the volume the computer makes this loud high pitched noice and when i talk next to the computer it sounds as if my voice echoes...i dono what to do!i can only raise the volume like half way!please tell me what to do ill rate all!

Well, having your music or whatever on it really loud could blow them esp. on a laptop. since the speakers are so small.

Your speaker's decibel range is too low. Get speakers with a higher range.
