is there ANY way i can get the name of a cell phone number, or adress for FREE online??

You can look up any number that's listed. If it's a cell number, or an unlisted landline, you'll get very little info besides the provider & origin of the number
[for example, the exchange for my cell phone is listed as East Douglas, so that's all that will come up]
