It can also be a part of short-term depression, which is not serious and does not require clinical treatment, and is often referred to as just grief or sadness. Even if you feel happy, your subconscious mind can relate and still think of sad losses of the past, such as a death of a loved one or the loss of a friend. Don't worry, both causes that I showed you are short-term and will not last forever, so in the meantime you just cry your heart out, honey. It doesn't mean that you feel sad or angry, it's just a normal part of life that most people experience sometime. Hope I helped!
