i have no self confidence. i think i'm fat and ugly but every one else tells me otherwise. how do i get more self confidence? please help me.

Confidence is not something you just get. You have to build it up over time. Im sorry to say that there is no way to just "get" confident. BUT i can tell you that when your friends compliment you, take the compliment and feel good about it. if there your friends they wopuldnt lie to you. I know this isnt the answer your looking for, but this should help you.
