iso 400 mm film can take pics in low light? my camera doesny have flash. how low light are we talking? also, can i take pics in the night time? :`( i want to take pics of amusement parks or w/e

Absolutely not.

Generally, flash ruins pictures. It's better to have all over lighting rather than one very light spot.

You'd need like 10000000 speed film to do what you want.
