Is there a way to build your pain tolerance? any method?

You build tolerance to something by experiencing it. That applies to pretty much anything. Don't try anything without consulting a doctor, and don't do anything that could draw blood, break bones, or do permanent damage.

i don't think so
i know if your a chief you can touch things that are extreamly hot and mentaly not be affected as much because your used to it
i DO NOT recomend hurting yourself
don' t do it.
but in some cases it is more of a mental thing
