Dry Mouth I think I have xerostomia. My tongue is always dry, and it's completely dry in the mornings when I wake up. Its like that about 70% of the day.
This is really ruining my self confidence: I won't make out with my boyfriend, sometimes its really hard to talk.
Drinking water doesn't seem to help.
I swim, so I bet the chlorine is what's making my mouth so dry (if it dries out skin and hair, why not your mouth?)
Are there any products I can buy over the counter to make this condition better? And what about home remedies?

I looked and looked and the only home remedy I come across is drinking plenty of water and sugarless fluids daily.
It seems you have a bad case and are pretty miserable, so your best bet would be to go to your doctor about it.
I didn't read anything about chlorine, but it is possible, yet there may be something else causing the problem that your doctor needs to diagnose and treat, such as certain medications you may be taking, anxiety, or even salivary gland trauma. You can get prescriptions, such as a saliva substitute, that will alleviate your problem.
I know that isn't what you are looking for, but that is your best option. Either that or keep chugging that water and hope for the best.

my friend had the same problem what you need to do, this helped him but it might not always help every one! get mouth wash and 3 times a day for like a week or 2 for 15 minutes wash your mouth with mouth wash but make sure not to use the same liquid for the whole 15 minutes! and then drink water and also with water just put it in your mouth shake it around spit it out...and when your walking...i no its ugly to look at maybe do it when your alone but spit non stop ]
