Would the primark in oxford street let you exchange a jacket if you do not have the reciept????
I lost my reciept and i need a bigger size :-(

If you have proof you bought it there. Like tags. If you have the tags or some sort of proof, then they'll give you what's called store credit, where you have a little card and you can buy something there for the same price you bought the returned item for.

I'm pretty sure you'll be able to exchange it for a bigger size. Stores normally give you "store credit" if you don't have a receipt - not your money back.
Go back and explain your situation to them, telling them when you bought it etc.
They may have a store account listing items which have been purchased on what dates. Good luck. :)
