nissin cup of noodles

nissin cup of noodles has about 1434 mg of sodium
does this mean its very unhealthy?
two weeks ago i tried to noodles, and i cant get enough of it. i eat one cup sometimes two everyday.
they just taste so good, so if the soup is so bad what could i do, to get off my addicition of the noodles? :] o0oo and im not fat btw skinny girl.

Get the regular ramen noodles. The kind in the packet, not the cup. Or don't drink all the broth at the end, since that's where most of the salt is. This way you can control how much of the seasoning [read: salt] that is added. There won't be much of a taste difference.
Eat them every other day instead of ever day.
Also, try eating some other kind of pasta- like angel hair with Prego sauce. It's healther, less salty, and less fattening.
