need help losing weight

i know how to lose weight and i have all the tools, but my family eats a lot of junk food and i don't think they beleive i can lose weight. They think i can't lose my goal weight of 30 pounds. (beleive me i need to) im 14/f and with all the stress from school and stuff i can never stick to a weight loss plan. i just give in and eat like a bag of chips. i really want to lose the weight, but i can never stick to it!!!

what do i do>

work on just eating more healthy in general, dont think of it as a "diet". and, when you crack and eat a bag of chips, dont just think you blew it and give up. healthy eaters have treats once in a while too. try this to begin with: eat only one junk food item a day. If you had sugar cereal for breakfast, opt not for a cookie at lunch or ice cream after dinner. if you end up eating a bag of chips after school, dont have anything else besides your regular dinner. eventually this will help you kick your junk food habit, then it will be easier to focus on eating truly healthy foods.

well i've read so many weight loss magazines and columns. trust me. and in one of them it said don't plan when your gonna lose weight. just cut back on things you would usually gorge on. If you put yourself on a plan your body will tell your mind your hungry all the time. Well i hope this helps. And just try to get your family to corporate with what your doing. So then they'll cut back on those tempting debbies. =]
