I want to make my butt and thighs more tone, and tighter. Not so muscular that i'm bulky though.
What are some excersises i can do at home without any special tools or equiptment?
advicer24 answered Sunday November 18 2007, 1:45 pm: ok, you defentitly want to do squats and lunges, also stand so your feet are pretty far apart and squat down while holding a weight in 2 hands it will town ur thighs and calves very nicely hold the position for as long as you can. But what really toned my perfect legs was riding and competiting on horses, 75% of riding and comunicating comes from your legs because your controlling a 2,000 pound animal and your going to need all the muscle you can get.
