Me and my friends are doing our school pageant. We're not really one of those psycho girls who will kill the queen. It's for fun and when we graduate, when is the next time we'll ever have the chance to do it, right? Well what I'm asking is..I think I walk like a penguin and I'm pigeoned-toed and bow-legged..I could be overreacting but what can help my walk and such? Just walk around in my shoes? What can help my posture? I don't want to fall off the stage..THANKS GUY.

If the interior or exterior muscles are stronger or weaker than the other, it can cause this. Try working out with someone who knows what muscle groups you need to work on. That's really the only solution I can think of the help possibly alleviate the problem in a relatively quick time frame. [ jonny2370's advice column | Ask jonny2370 A Question ]
