Hey....
I want to let you know your problem is one I've suffered with and ironicly I was raped when I was 5 also...But I never met a guy over the internet.
But I have had problems with my mom....But the best advice I can give you is talk to someone, believe me it like literally takes half the weight off your shoulder...And make it someone who will listen and that cares and loves you...
I will be completly honset I am currently still struggling with cutting.....I have sudden urges to cutt when right now nothing is wrong!Because I have anxicty and I FEEL LIKE i'M JUST WAITING FOR SOMETHING TO GO WRONG!So hold on tight and talk to someone! For example one of my friends has been helping me because one night I called him in tears....It also helps to find a distraction a healthier habit....Maybe poetry??? But I have one more little peice of advice I highly recoomend the book"7 habits of a highly affective teen" it helps.....GOOD LUCK!!!

listen i have a support group that deal with teens and advice for abuse and other issues but you know i have helped alot of people with what you are going threw and I know it's hard and I'm very, very sorry about that. But if you're to be happy as an adult, you need to take steps to sort out your feelings and to work out why you feel the need to cut yourself and im telling you their is only one way to get help their are free counceling services that you can go threw your school i dont know if you still go or waht but then you can just contact someone that can help and you know but you need to try and idk but your dad he sounds that he need some help as well and yall are going threw alot but idk if someone from social services are helping yall and if their not they can and for a very very cheap price and if it probaly free. I know how you feel about your dad because my dad is sick too hes been threw 3 back surgery's and another one of his disks are going bad. but i really hope yall get threw it and im sorry yall are i wish we could help more but that really all i can do.

See a therapist. I guarantee your mind is beyond fucked up, and the same shit that happened to you when you were a kid you'll be attracted to when you're older.

See a therapist and work out the issues.

i am extremely sorry about what has happened to you. you definitely did not deserve that - no one does. but cutting yourself is not the answer to your problems hun. believe me, once you start it and get it in your head that it helps solve things, you're going to keep thinking that. but it solves absolutely nothing. i really think that you should talk to your dad first off, tell him whats going on and that you want to stop. maybe he could help you get into seeing a phychiatrist.. i think it would really help. but if you continue what your doing it's not only going to make your life miserable and the people around you that love you, but you are putting yourself in extreme danger. please take all of this into consideration. i'll be praying for you. if there is anything else, feel free to ask. good luck girl

I suggest you get a therapist to talk to. they will be able to help you out. Also, sit down with your dad and tell him whats going on. He can also help.
