Scene Style

I love the way "scene" styles look. For example I love the way Kiki Kannibal and Audrey Kitching look. Does anyone have any tips on how I can acheive a look like that without spending boatloads of money??

I have no idea where you live, but if you can get there, H&M's 'divided' line would suit your needs perfectly, and the prices are very good

There's a link to 'how to be a scene girl'. A lot of what it says isn't expensive really. Its just mostly about what and how much you intend to buy.
