Not at all. I know lots of people who didn't get their first kiss until after they were 16. It's nothing to worry about. It just shows you are waiting for the right person to come along. Who cares what anybody else thinks or if they've already had theirs. Cheer up! It happens at different times for everyone. :)

No, that's not pathetic at all. Nothing is, actually..it's probably only pressure from outside (e.g., "everyone else is doing it") that made you think that in the first place. Sometimes a kiss is just a kiss, as they say, but your first kiss (I think) should be shared with someone you really have feelings for. I think that also applies to your first time for a lot of things. I'm not trying to make it out to be a fairytale, but it's something I think you are trying to share with someone that matters to you. When it happens, it happens. You'll meet someone who you like, and who likes you back, and then it'll happen. Until then, don't worry :)
