Does anyone know a FREE site which has windows XP themes?

And I'd also need help with the installation..if possible.

Use this or any other uxtheme patcher:

After you patch and reboot, you'll be able to apply any msstyle, also known as Visual Styles. There are a bunch at deviantart:

This method is just as good or better than the methods used by StyleXP and WindowsBlinds.
