Ok, my thighs are strange. Like, I know CAN get them thinner and more fit, but, it seems like they stay the same all the time. I won't lie, I don't do much workout, my body is naturally slim. But my thighs like curve OUT so it makes them look chubbier. Are their any workouts that will help tone them down a bit?
first lie flat on the floor and then draw your knees up towards your chest. Now push your legs up in the air and keep them as straight as you can. Slowly start moving your legs as if you are riding a bicycle. Do this about 5-6 times and then repeat the movements at a fast speed for another 5-6 times. Repeat the whole routine 5-6 times, including the slow and fast movements. [ prettylol's advice column | Ask prettylol A Question ]

Squats are a good way to tone your thighs. You can do this by standing against a wall and running you back down the wall to your legs make a 90 degrees angle. If you have an exercise ball you can rest this up against the wall and let it support your back then slide it down the wall until you make a 90 degree angle with your legs or until you feel it in your thighs.
Lying on your back on the floor and bring your thighs up to your chest and holding it until it hurts will also tone your thighs.
